Valve has worked on a nice little game that they'll be releasing later today- "Alien Swarm".

It's kinda like L4D- four people must cooperate to survive waves of extraterrestrials, and you can play with steam friends if you want. Unlike most Valve games, it seems this one will play with a bird's eye view instead of from first person.

When it releases, make sure to download it if you can. It's free, so maybe we could have a few cantina gamers give it a shot? I'll be online, so anyone can join up if they want.

Fantastic, I looked into this a while back. I will definitely be playing this.

Oh, and for some reason I have beta access to Medal of Honor, which I HAVEN'T pre-ordered. So I shouldn't have access, free stuff is awesome.

I think there will be new campaigns pretty soon. After all, there's code for a "queen alien" in the game files which never got used in the first campaign.
